Lakshmi is an award-winning entrepreneur, lawyer, HR leader, and certified trainer in women, child safety, and soft skills. As the founder of Good Things Ahead Foundation, she brings 20+ years of expertise in HR, Legal, and Compliance, creating impact through inclusive training, sustainable gifting, and community-driven programs.
Her work spans corporates, educational institutions, defense forces, and grassroots communities. She has been honored with the Aachal Award for Sustainable Gifting (2025), Manikarnika Award (2024), Best Leading Lawyer (2022), and recognised among India’s Top 10 CPOs (2023).

Nilima is a certified educator, life coach, and social impact leader, currently serving as the Principal of Army Public School. With 20 years of experience in teaching, administration, and training, she has empowered 10,000+ individuals through workshops on career guidance, mental health, 21st-century skills, classroom management, gender sensitivity, experiential learning, and effective parenting.
Known for her creative approach and strong leadership, she is dedicated to building an informed, equal, and inclusive learning community. Nilima has also been honored as an Innovation Ambassador by the Ministry of Education.

Kiran is a compassionate changemaker and community advocate shaped by her life as the wife of an ex–Air Force veteran who served in the 1971 and Kargil Wars. Having lived across India, she has witnessed the challenges of financial independence, safety, and gender equality—especially within military families.
A proud mother of three daughters, Kiran blends empathy with lived experience, championing safe, equal, and inclusive spaces for individuals and communities.
